Elegant Villa in Natakhtari / Modern Interior Design with Classic Touches

EvoSpace is delighted to share a newly completed large-scale project in Natakhtari — a 360 sq.m two-story villa that epitomizes refined taste and high-end functionality. This house renovation began from a black frame condition and was transformed over 8 months into an elegant sanctuary where modern interior design meets timeless classic elements.

The heart of the home is a sophisticated forest-green kitchen, complemented by a natural wood island and smooth white marble countertops. To balance openness with privacy, we installed a custom loft-style metal and glass partition with sliding doors, elegantly separating the studio living area from the main hall while maintaining a sense of flow.

As with many of our premier projects, this was a remote renovation. Using live video surveillance, the client was able to oversee every detail from a distance—from structural partitioning and window replacements to the installation of bespoke furniture. Our premium renovation approach ensured that every finish, lighting fixture, and decorative element aligned perfectly with the global vision.
