We present a unique residential project in a newly restored historic building on Orbeliani Square. This 75 sq.m duplex studio, initially taken over in green frame condition, has been transformed into a high-end, vibrant living space. The project was strategically designed for commercial purposes (Airbnb/Booking), where smart interior design plays a vital role in maximizing appeal.

The design is a bold synthesis of loft elements and lush green tones. We preserved the authentic brick wall, finished in deep green hues, making it the centerpiece of the interior. A standout feature is the custom staircase crafted from perforated metal sheets, treated with a durable two-component finish to provide an industrial yet artistic edge.

Our premium renovation includes bespoke furniture made from natural wood veneer. The kitchen cabinetry intentionally retains natural wood textures, giving the interior a unique, "organic" character.
