We showcase a completed project in the prestigious Green Hill Residence in Saburtalo. This 50-square-meter apartment, plus a 10 sq.m balcony, was taken over in black frame condition and transformed into a highly functional, modern living space with three distinct zones.

The core of this project is smart interior design. To maximize the compact area, the studio living space is separated from the bedroom by a decorative and functional loft-style metal and glass partition. The sliding door mechanism allows for light to flow through while providing necessary privacy.

Our premium renovation standards are reflected in every detail: the forest-green kitchen is paired with natural wood textures and a high-tech white Fenix countertop, creating a sophisticated focal point.
