Modern Loft Interior in Vake / Full 70 sq.m Apartment Renovation from Black Frame

EvoSpace presents a unique residential project in the heart of the Vake district. This 70-square-meter apartment, which we took over in black frame condition, has been transformed into a character-filled modern space where interior design meets authentic industrial loft elements.
 

The core concept of this project is authenticity. In the living room, we preserved the natural concrete texture, while an additional focal wall was finished with decorative plaster to perfectly mimic concrete. This is a true design renovation, where raw textures and natural wood elements merge to create an inviting, atmospheric home.
 

The layout is highly functional, featuring a studio-style living room and a bedroom with a dedicated wardrobe area. A standout feature is the bathroom, where we custom-designed and installed a unique black metal sink, treated with a specialized two-component primer and finish for durability and style.
 

Our premium renovation service goes beyond finishing works—it includes bespoke furniture production. All the loft-style furniture in this apartment was crafted by the EvoSpace team, and the upholstered pieces were meticulously restored by our craftsmen with exceptional care.
