Innovative Interior Design: TBC Bank Mortgage Service Center

Located on the vibrant Chavchavadze Avenue in the heart of Tbilisi, the TBC Bank Mortgage Service Center is a masterful synthesis of modern banking space and functional aesthetics. The global concept for this project was developed by the international branding and design agency Allen International, while its local implementation and adaptation to the existing space were meticulously executed by the EvoSpace team.

The primary challenge of this project was adapting a world-class interior design standard to the specific architectural requirements of a prominent building in Tbilisi. Our team’s work involved the detailed technical processing of the design project, tailoring engineering solutions, and planning the layout to ensure maximum comfort for the mortgage center's clients.

The interior focuses on open, transparent spaces that reflect the bank's core values of trust and openness. We utilized premium materials and cutting-edge lighting systems to add a sense of airiness and tranquility to the environment. The comprehensive project management conducted by EvoSpace ensured that the high standards set by Allen International were reflected in every single detail.
