Elegant & Functional Living Space / Domus, Chavchavadze ave.; Tbilisi

We are proud to present another completed project in Vake, located in the Domus building—a modern, elegant, and functional premium residence.

Delivered initially in a "green frame" state, this 100 sq.m apartment was transformed by the EvoSpace team into a refined and exceptionally comfortable living space. As part of the project, a complete layout optimization was carried out: internal spaces were reconfigured, and heating, plumbing, and electrical systems were rebuilt from scratch, giving the home maximum ergonomic efficiency.

Spatial Planning & Design Solutions

Guided by interior designer Nini Khavtasi and brought to life through EvoSpace's craftsmanship, every square meter was thoughtfully and functionally allocated:

Combined Living Room & Kitchen: The central feature of the apartment is an open-plan living area, separated from the kitchen by a massive, sophisticated stone island—where aesthetics seamlessly meet practicality.
Functional Home Office: Separated from the living room by a custom-built, folding glass partition by Aresto. This versatile solution allows the space to function as a fully private study or open up as part of the main living area.
Master Suite: Designed for ultimate comfort, featuring a private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
Guest Bathroom: An additional bathroom styled to match the overall premium design concept of the interior.

Premium Materials & Partner Brands

Uncompromising quality is at the core of our work. Throughout the project, materials from leading global brands were utilized:

Finishes: Spanish ceramic tiles selected from Jaoken, paired with high-durability laminate flooring by Dan.
Plumbing & Sanitaryware: Engineering plumbing systems provided by Maxtherm. Concealed bathroom fixtures were sourced from Impex (Spanish line, New Design) and the Czech brand Alka.
Custom Furniture & Appliances: Fully customized furniture was manufactured by Interna.
