In collaboration with the client, we decided to preserve the natural concrete relief and texture within the spacious studio living area, giving the apartment an authentic industrial edge. The combination of wood, metal, and concrete elements creates a refined visual identity that perfectly aligns with our premium renovation standards.

The apartment consists of 4 rooms, including 3 bedrooms, a studio-style living room with an open kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a storage room, and 2 balconies. All furniture within the space was exclusively crafted by our team, inspired by the client's vision.
