Industrial Aesthetics in Vake / Full 65 sq.m Renovation from Black Frame

EvoSpace is proud to showcase a recently completed project in the X2 building on Mtskheta Street, Vake. This 65-square-meter one-bedroom apartment, taken over in black frame condition, was transformed into a modern dwelling with three functional living zones, blending industrial and contemporary accents.

The interior design of this project is truly unique. In the studio living area, we preserved a 20-year-old monolithic concrete ceiling. Its natural wood-grain relief enriches the space, providing an authentic raw texture. The monochrome black and white kitchen, paired with natural wood relief facades and black stone countertops, enhances the project's sophisticated visual contrast.

Our premium renovation standards are further reflected in the bedroom’s innovative "floating" bed design, which creates an illusion of weightlessness and maximizes the perception of space. A full 65 sq.m renovation by our team covered the entire cycle: from structural work to bespoke furniture design, lighting, and final decorative styling.
