The interior design incorporates subtle loft touches and high-tech solutions. Preserved concrete columns serve as decorative anchors, while the innovative shadow-gap ceiling—where the wall and ceiling planes do not meet—creates a deep, "floating" visual effect. This architectural detail enhances the perception of space, adding a luxurious feel to the interior.

The premium renovation was executed using exclusive black finishing materials imported from France. The tiling work was performed with jeweler-like precision, reflecting our team’s commitment to excellence. To maintain a minimalist aesthetic, hidden interior doors were installed for the bathroom and bedroom.
