The three-room residence — featuring a spacious studio-style living room, one bedroom, one home office, and a bathroom — was completely redesigned and rebuilt by EvoSpace, a company recognized for high-end renovation and smart home system integration.

Originally renovated around fifteen years ago, the apartment no longer met modern standards of comfort, functionality, and energy efficiency. For this reason, a complete reconstruction was carried out, transforming the property into a model of contemporary urban living.

Full Demolition and Structural Renewal (Premium Apartment Renovation)

The renovation process began with a total demolition. All previous layers — including wall plaster, floor screed, and old partitions — were removed. The apartment was brought down to the black frame, creating a clean structural foundation for modern engineering, energy-efficient materials, and an updated layout.

New partitions were constructed according to the redesigned interior plan, using high-performance materials with excellent sound and thermal insulation. This not only improved comfort but also contributed to lower energy consumption throughout the year.
